How to keep yourself busy during quarantine?

I hope all of you are staying safe during these tough times. If you are like me you are probably trying out new things, hobbies, and activities just to help beat boredom during this pandemic. I created this blogpost for all of you who are out of ideas and want to try out something new. Here’s what’s been keeping me busy and helping my days flow smoother!
Keep your heart active! Whether you like yoga, pilates, cycling or going out for a jog (6ft apart)– do it! Staying active kills a few hours and relieves stress at the same time. I have the Mirror and pay a monthly subscription so I’ve been catching up on classes on there. However, so many workout studios and coaches have been going on Instagram live to share their routines to keep all of us active. Some great peeps that are offering online classes are @Barrys, @Lululemon, @BarbaradeRegil, @CorePowerYoga, @AloMoves, @MomaPilates, @Kayla_Itsines BBG, & @MeliisaWoodHealth! These days may feel long but doing yo0ur daily exercise routine will have you feeling fresh & motivated!
