So I don’t know if I’ve shared with all of you that for the longest time I wore contacts every day. I recently got laser eye surgery, but given that I am comfortable with managing contacts, I got excited when Alcon reached out.. Teaming up with Alcon’s AIR OPTIX® COLORS contact lenses, I found they have a wide variety of color contact lenses to mix and match for an everyday natural look. It may seem odd that I say “natural” look but the colors are naturally beautiful and do not make it seem like you are wearing contact lenses.
I cannot mention how comfortable these lenses are. AIR OPTIX® COLORS has the color technology that focuses on three main aspects: comfort, breathability and beauty. The colors they have are stunning and allow to play around with different looks one could have. I never thought you could accessorize with different eye colors, but you definitely can. I mean let’s be honest, who hasn’t thought “Would blue eyes work on me?” or “How different would I look with green eyes?” AIR OPTIX® COLORS allows its customers to have the exposure to have the answer to those questions. It gives an easy fix to feel your truest and most beautiful self.
One of my favorite quotes of all time is “the eyes are the windows to the soul”. Because aren’t they really? You can definitely know what a person is feeling through the confidence they express in their eyes.
When applying it is a very easy step-by-step procedure. Clean hands are a must friends! But when applying on the eye, it is important to be careful. Having been exposed to wearing contacts for the longest time, they were easy for me to put on. If you are a first time wearer, don’t worry your doctor will go over this with you in detail.
Pictured I am wearing the Brilliant Blue color lenses. It is impressive how changing eye colors can make someone look and feel so different. I encourage all of you to head to the AIR OPTIX® COLORS Color Studio. You guys can upload a picture and play around with the colors they offer. Some other colors I used include Green and Honey. Play around with it and visit your eye doctor to learn more. See how accessorizing with different eye colors can be a confidence booster.
I received compensation from AIR OPTIX® COLORS in exchange for writing this post.
Don’t forget! You need to have a prescription to wear AIR OPTIX® COLORS contact lenses. Don’t sleep in these lenses and don’t share them with your friends. Ask your eye doctor for complete wear, care and safety information. Caution: U.S. federal law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a licensed eye care professional.
