My Cool Sculpting Experience

I have always been keen on maintaining a healthy diet and fitness plan in mind. It’s essentially a large part of my job as an influencer – to maintain an image that exudes a healthy me. This being said, I do make sure I eat and although I try and work out as much as possible there are always areas where I would like some improvement on. Some of my problem areas are my arms and my tummy — believe it or not. You may be thinking — really ? But taking as many pictures as I do a day, I’ve learned which angles work best for me. However, on a day to day basis, I do try to hide my chest, arms, and constantly lean in to the camera to hide those larger areas. I feel like it’s normal for all of us to be self-conscious at times about our body.

Thankfully, as a fashion aficionado I’ve learned to dress for my body type as well. I do tend to lean for more of the over-sized pieces and that is something that I’ll always love. However, when I heard of Dr. Nowak , I was thrilled because I knew they offered Cool Sculpting. As a concerned patient, I did a little bit of research on the process and basically what the process does is remove stubborn fat from targeted areas in the body. It is a controlled cooling technique that naturally kills fat cells in your body. Many have previously asked me whether or not it hurts and it doesn’t. It’s actually pretty quick and all you will feel is a cold sensation on your skin. My targeted areas were the tummy/abdomen & upper arms– guys I cannot tell you how confident I have felt since. Okay, so the results aren’t exactly immediate, but a month later you will start to see those love handles diminish and fat reduce around the targeted areas.

I even started to see a difference in how I was dressing. Wearing crop-tops more often and even baring my arms — which is something I never do! Dr. Nowak and their staff is so comforting and knowledgeable on Cool Sculpting. They answered each and every question I had and they even took the time to allow me to relax because I was a little on edge at first. They have so many procedures and they strive for a better you and for you to eliminate those personal beauty concerns. If you plan on doing the procedure Diana Martin will probably be your specialist and she is just a gem!

If you live close or near the Eastlake area, make sure to drop by their Dia de los Muertos Open House. They will be gifting the products and the ticket is only $20 dlls. Plus, all proceeds will go to the Glenner Center Alzheimer Care. It’s such a great cause and you can get some inside information on the procedure as well. I am so happy with the results and as time goes on I even see better results. Another FAQ is whether or not the results are permanent — as long as you maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle the results will be long term! I recommend any of you struggling with stubborn fat to at least visit their site and have a good read on what they offer. It’s never too late to feel like a better you !
